Park Assist (PLA / Parklenkassistent) is the system that actively steers your vehicle into parallel and perpendicular parking spaces while you control the throttle and brake. When it fails, the symptoms are unmistakable — the system refuses to steer, becomes unavailable in the menu, throws errors, or the parking display goes dark. In most cases, it's the PLA control module that has failed, not the sensors or the steering system itself.

This category covers our full range of genuine OEM PLA control modules for the VAG group. These are the 12-channel modules that combine standard PDC (4 front + 4 rear sensors) with 4 additional side sensors that scan parking spaces as you drive past them. Every unit is brand-new OEM — never used, never dismantled, never aftermarket. Because functioning PLA modules are almost never removed from vehicles, used units invariably come from cars where the module had already caused problems.

One important thing to know: PLA modules are only compatible with vehicles that came with factory Park Assist. If your car originally had only standard PDC (without active steering), you'll need a PDC module instead — the PLA module needs matching side sensors, wiring, and factory activation to work.
