First Steps
If you are a new user of MARTECH CLIP, the first thing you need to do (if you haven't done it before) is to register on forum: http://forum.martech.pl
Then you need to download an installation file: http://martech.pl/support/setup_rcdx.exe and install the application you have downloaded.
If you still haven't a forum status as well as your account parameters set yet, please read the clip sn number and send it together with your nick to: shop@martech.pl
Don't forget to have it titled" New user". After verifying your application you will be granted a user status and full access to the sections compatible with the activations you bought.
Before getting to work, we strongly advise to read manuals and threads included.
INCORRECT CLIP CONNECTING MAY RESULT IN ITS PERMANENT DAMAGE !
In case, the service point confirms that the damage is due to incorrect connecting, the warranty complaint will not be accepted and taken into consideration.
In case of any doubts, troubles, questions regarding Clip using, please describe the problem you faced on forum in a proper section.
We guarantee technical support, even if it means waiting for a while sometimes. If this is the case, please, be patient.
We are responding also in private messages, however if you expect a quick reaction- please contact us on our forum.
Each program has a built in auto update features, but if you want to download everything at once, or start working with our programs, install this:setup_rcdx.exe
The program also has the ability to install drivers.
