Convenient and secure payment methods
Choose what suits you best — no hidden fees, ever.
At Car-Systems you pay the way that works for you — by card, PayPal, or classic bank transfer. All transactions are encrypted and handled by certified payment processors.
Accepted payment methods
Credit / debit card
We accept all major cards and mobile wallets. Payments are processed by Stripe — PCI DSS certified.
PayPal
A classic choice for international customers. Sign in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment in seconds. Full buyer protection included.
Classic bank transfer
The preferred option for business customers. Orders are dispatched after the payment clears. We hold a dedicated EUR account for SEPA transfers across the EU.
EU companies with a valid VAT EU number: eligible for net pricing under the reverse-charge VAT procedure.
EUR transfer details
For customers across the European Union we operate a dedicated EUR account. SEPA transfers typically arrive within one business day.

B2B purchases from the EU
Net pricing for companies with a valid VAT EU number
Are you a company registered as an active VAT payer in another EU country? You can purchase from us at net prices under the reverse-charge VAT procedure.
To use this option:
- Create a business account in our shop and enter your VAT EU number (with country prefix, e.g. DE123456789)
- Your number will be verified in the VIES database of the European Commission
- Once successfully verified, all prices in the shop will be shown as net

Payment security
SSL/TLS encryption
All connections to our shop are encrypted using HTTPS.
PCI DSS
Card payments are handled by Stripe — certified at PCI DSS Level 1, the highest available.
3D Secure
Card payments are additionally secured with 3DS authorisation (SMS code / bank app).
No card data stored
Card payment details never reach our servers — they are handled exclusively by certified processors.
Refunds
Refunds are always issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Refund times depend on the processor:
- Card payment — refunded to the card account (usually 3–7 business days)
- PayPal — refunded to your PayPal balance (instant)
- Bank transfer — refunded to the account from which the payment was made (1–3 business days)
